For February 2018, the unemployment rate in America was a very low 4.1% for the fifth month in a row.  Jobs are plentiful, and many employers report difficulties in finding qualified employers.  This low unemployment rate is encouraging tens of thousands of people to re-enter the workforce who had previously become discouraged and stopped looking for work.
