Unemployment Is Down Substantially Compared to the Recent Past, Business and Industry Trends Analysis

By the end of June 2017, the unemployment rate in America was 4.4%, down from 4.9% one year earlier.  This low unemployment rate is encouraging some people to re-enter the workforce who had previously become discouraged and stopped looking for work.
