Ad Market in China Booms, Business and Industry Trends Analysis

According to Group M, China’s advertising spending was expected to reach $84.4 billion in 2017, up 7.8% from 2016.  Internet ad spending was forecast to account for 57% of the total (it accounted for only 14.8% in 2011).  On a global basis, ad spending reached $584.1 billion, up from $550.5 billion in 2016, according to eMarketer.
