If you made a retail purchase directly from us,
and you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may
return them to us for a complete refund (except for shipping charges).
However, if you made your purchase through a dealer, we will not be
able to accept a return.
- Printed Books with CD-ROMS:
You may return a printed book that you purchased directly from
us as a retail customer, within 30 days of purchase. a) Please
note that once you receive the installation Key Code to your
CD-ROM, you may no longer return the product. This is due to
the fact that the key code enables you to export and store much
of the data. Consequently, you should not request a key code
until you have decided to keep the product. b) Please pack the
book carefully so that it arrives at our offices in good condition.

- eBooks: You may return an eBook
that you purchased directly from us, within 7 days of purchase.
If you request the CD-ROM and the CD Installation Key Code that
accompanies some of the eBooks you will no longer be able to
return the product. This is due to the fact that the key code
enables you to export and store much of the data.
- Returns are not accepted from dealers,
distributors, wholesalers or retailers. We do not pay shipping
charges on returns.
- Online Access, Plunkett Research Online subscriptions:
All purchases and subscriptions for online access are non-cancellable
and non-refundable after 7 days.
