them to us for a complete refund. At your request, we will send you a prepaid return “call slip” so that you don’t have to pay the return shipping costs. (However, if you
made your purchase through a dealer, we will not be able to accept a return.)

You may return a printed book that you purchased directly from us as a retail customer
within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that once you receive the password for your Online Tools, you may no longer return the product. This is due to the fact that the Online Tools
enable you to export and store a large amount of valuable data.
Consequently, you should not request a password until you have decided to keep the product.

Online Access, Plunkett Research Online subscriptions:
You may cancel online access that you purchased directly from us as a retail customer
within 7 days of purchase.
However, you may not receive any refund after you have created a PDF or used data export tools, since these steps allow you to download valuable data. Our administrative records will indicate whether you have used these tools. All purchases and subscriptions for online access are non-cancellable and non-refundable after 7 days. (If you purchased your subscription through a dealer,
we will not be able to accept a cancellation.)

You may return an eBook that you purchased directly from us, within 7 days
of purchase. If you have requested access to Online Tools, you will no
longer be able to return the product. This is due to the fact that the password enables you to export and store a large amount of valuable data. Consequently, you should not request a password until you have decided to
