Our titles are typically published annually.
How
do I use your eBook versions?
Our eBooks are available to you as downloadable files.
You may store them permanently on your hard drive. The download
is very quick and easy. For complete information, click

What
information do the CD-ROMs contain?
They contain the complete core databases and company
profiles from each respective book. Use them to share corporate
profiles and data within your office, export names and addresses
for mailing lists and do complete searches and queries.
You can even search each database by key words or phrases.

How
do I get the Key Code for the CD-ROM?
Give us a call to register your CD and to obtain the
key code. Please keep in mind, however, that registering
your CD and getting the key code forfeits all return privileges
and any "trial" periods.
Can
I use the CD ROM without the Key Code?
Yes, there is a 30 day trial period where you can view
all the information but cannot export from the CD. After
30 days has expired you will not be allowed to access any
information on the CD.

Yes, we generally require prepayment. However, we will
provide credit to goverment agencies, universities and libraries.

No. Instead of offering discounts we are careful to
price our products in a manner so that they offer outstanding
values at moderate prices.
