| | GROWTH PLANS/SPECIAL FEATURES | | Ace Aviation Holdings, Inc. is a Canadian holding company with interests in airlines, travel services, cargo services and airport ground operations. Subsidiaries include Air Canada, Aeroplan, Jazz, Air Canada Technical Services (ACTS), Air Canada Vacations, Air Canada Cargo and Air Canada Ground Handling Services (ACGHS). Air Canada is a major passenger carrier with a fleet of more than 200 aircraft. Aeroplan is Air Canada’s frequent flyer incentive program. Approximately 5 million members are part of the program. Jazz provides regional airline service to more than 75 destinations in North America and maintains a fleet of over 130 aircraft. ACTS offers maintenance, repair and overhaul services for aircraft engines and components to a variety of aviation companies. Air Canada Vacations offers leisure, cruise, golf and custom tour packages. Air Canada Cargo oversees cargo services on Air Canada and Jazz flights and also provides cargo services on chartered, all-freighter aircraft for international routes. ACGHS provides a variety of ancillary services including baggage handling, de-icing and equipment maintenance. Ace Aviation Holdings was established in 2004 as part of Air Canada’s restructuring and emergence from bankruptcy.
